$100 Vaccination Incentive Program

Claim your $100 starting Wednesday, August 4 Hey Minnesota, this is your chance to get $100 to keep yourself, your friends and family, and your community safe from COVID-19! Minnesotans 12 years of age and older who receive their first dose between Friday, July 30 and Sunday, August 15 will be eligible for a $100 Visa gift card to spend however they choose. All you have to do is roll up your sleeves! Claim your prize – Starting Wednesday, August 4 The $100 reward request form is open from Wednesday, August 4 through Sunday, August 15. Reward requests must be submitted to the Minnesota Department of Health by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, August 15, 2021. Vaccine information will be subject to verification by the Department of Health. At this time, this rewards program is limited to the first 24,330 eligible submissions. As fall approaches and kids go back to school, getting vaccinated can help slow the spread of the highly-transmissible Delta variant and keep our communities safe.   • Walk in or make an appointment through the Vaccine Connector.

  • Use the state’s Vaccine Locator Map to find a vaccine provider near you.

  • Check for vaccine appointments using the Vaccine Finder.  You can search for appointments by vaccine type (e.g., Pfizer).

  • Contact your primary health care provider or a local pharmacy.

  • Employers may also reach out with information about vaccination opportunities.
